Fell in love with this fabric for my current upholstery project. I found something similar at a high end fabric store for $57 a yard. That was beyond the budget so after some searching I was able to find it at the link above for $24.99 a yard! It is the same fabric as the $57 sample I saw in the store, and is even labeled with the designer on the seam area. I also came across this chair that is upholstered in what appears to be the same fabric!
